Shipping Rate Adjustments
Shipping rates are subject to change at any time due to carrier rate increases, seasonal surcharges, or service changes implemented by USPS or other shipping providers.
The shipping rate displayed at checkout reflects the cost at the time the order is placed.
At Dreamless Hair, we take great pride in the quality of our products and your shopping experience. Because hair extensions are considered hygienic products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been delivered — except in extremely rare, approved, case-by-case situations at the sole discretion of the owner.
Due to the nature of our products and for the safety of all customers:
No returns
No exchanges
No refunds
This applies to all hair extensions and not limited to wigs, bundles, clip ins, tape ins, closures, frontals, and hair care products unless Dreamless Hair determines otherwise in an approved case-by-case review. All exchanges, refunds, returns, etc go through a rigorous check and is only completed on a case by case basis, solely up to owner.
If you would like to request a refund, return, or exchange, you must submit your request within 5 days of the order’s delivered date.
After this 5-day window, no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted, without exception.
If the owner approves your request for review, the following must apply:
Hair must be:
Unopened
Unworn
Unwashed
Uninstalled
Uncut
Uncolored or unaltered in any way
In its original packaging and bundle ties
Customers must submit:
Clear photos and/or videos of the hair
Photos of the packaging and bundle labels
Order number
Description of the issue
If approved:
You have 7 days to return the item to us
All return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless Dreamless Hair is at fault
We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance
Once the item is received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed if approved.
The exchange item must be equal or less than the original purchase
If more, customer must pay the difference
If less, Dreamless Hair will refund the difference
In rare instances where a product defect may occur (excessive shedding, severe tangling, etc.), customers must report it within 5 days of delivery, and submit video/photo proof.
Quality concerns reported after hair has been installed or worn cannot be evaluated, and therefore are not eligible for review or replacement. However, on a case by case if contacted within 10 days of installation and hair is experiencing excessive shedding, severe tangling, etc we will access the product upon asking questions, etc and determine the best way to accommodate customer.
Dreamless Hair cannot honor any complaints, exchanges, refunds, or replacement requests submitted outside of the required timeframe — including reports made weeks or months after purchase.
This includes situations where:
Hair was purchased months earlier and just opened
Hair was stored improperly
The customer waited until install day to check the order
Significant time has passed
External factors (salon methods, products used, storage environment) may impact hair integrity
Example:
If an order delivered in June is reported as an issue in November, it is automatically ineligible for refund, exchange, or replacement.
Dreamless Hair will only cover return shipping costs if we are confirmed to be at fault, such as sending the wrong item.
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, Dreamless Hair is not responsible for:
Lost packages
Stolen packages
Carrier errors
Customers must file claims directly with the carrier.
Dreamless Hair is committed to protecting our customers, our business, and our community. For this reason, all orders are subject to fraud screening and verification.
All orders placed on DreamlessHair.com are automatically reviewed through internal and third-party fraud prevention systems.
Orders may be flagged for reasons including, but not limited to:
Billing and shipping address mismatch
High-risk location or IP address
Unusual purchasing behavior
Multiple failed payment attempts
High-value or repeat orders
Payment processor alerts
If an order is flagged, Dreamless Hair may require additional verification before processing.
Customers may be asked to provide:
A valid government-issued photo ID (state ID or driver’s license)
A photo of the card used for payment showing only the last four digits
Confirmation that the name, billing address, and shipping address match the order details
Failure to provide verification within 24 hours of contact may result in automatic order cancellation.
If verification cannot be completed, or if an order is determined to be fraudulent:
The order will be cancelled
Payment will be voided or refunded back to the original payment method
Dreamless Hair reserves the right to permanently restrict future purchases associated with the account, IP address, or payment method
Dreamless Hair maintains a zero-tolerance policy for fraud, theft, and chargeback abuse.
This includes:
Unauthorized card use
False “item not received” claims
Friendly fraud
Repeated disputes without contacting customer support first
Accounts associated with fraudulent activity may be permanently banned.
Dreamless Hair takes your privacy seriously.
Any verification documents provided are used solely for order verification
We do not store IDs, card images, or sensitive personal information
All verification materials are securely deleted once the review process is complete
To avoid delays, customers are responsible for ensuring:
Accurate billing and shipping information
Authorized use of payment methods
Prompt response to verification requests
Failure to do so may result in delayed fulfillment or cancellation.
By placing an order on DreamlessHair.com, you agree to this Fraud Prevention & Order Verification Policy.
Dreamless Hair is committed to resolving customer concerns directly and fairly. However, we maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy for chargeback abuse and fraudulent disputes.
A chargeback occurs when a customer disputes a charge with their bank or payment provider instead of contacting Dreamless Hair directly for resolution.
We strongly encourage all customers to contact us first at support@dreamlesshair.com so we may assist before a dispute is filed.
Dreamless Hair reserves the right to take action against chargebacks that involve:
False or misleading claims
Claims contradicting our stated policies
“Item not received” disputes when tracking shows delivered
Claims made months after delivery
Friendly fraud (authorized purchases later disputed)
Chargebacks filed after hair has been opened, worn, or installed
If a chargeback is filed and determined to be:
Fraudulent
Unlawful
In violation of our store policies
Dreamless Hair reserves the right to:
Permanently ban the customer from future purchases
Cancel any pending or future orders
Deny future service
Submit evidence to the payment processor to dispute the chargeback
Recover losses related to the dispute (where permitted by law)
Once a chargeback is initiated:
The order is considered closed and under bank review
Dreamless Hair will no longer provide refunds, replacements, or store credit for that order
All communication regarding the transaction must be handled through the payment provider
By placing an order on DreamlessHair.com, customers acknowledge and agree to this Chargeback & Dispute Policy and all related store policies
High-Value Order Verification Policy (Orders $400+)
To protect both our customers and our business, orders totaling $400 or more may be subject to additional verification before processing.
This policy helps prevent unauthorized transactions, fraud, and chargeback disputes.
High-value orders may be reviewed using internal and third-party fraud detection tools.
If an order requires verification, the customer may be contacted within 24 hours to confirm order details.
Verification may include confirmation of:
Full name
Billing address
Shipping address
In certain cases, customers may be asked to provide:
A valid government-issued photo ID (state ID or driver’s license)
The name and billing/shipping address must reasonably match the order details.
Not all orders over $400 will require ID verification — this step is only requested if the order is flagged for review.
Customers will have 24 hours from the time of contact to complete verification.
If verification is not completed within this timeframe:
The order may be cancelled
Payment will be voided or refunded to the original payment method
Dreamless Hair respects your privacy and security.

Order Acknowledgment & Agreement Policy
By placing an order with Dreamless Hair, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
You have reviewed the product description and understand the item(s) you are purchasing, including texture, length, and specifications.
You understand and agree to Dreamless Hair’s Refund, Exchange, Shipping, Fraud, and Chargeback Policies.
Once an order is submitted and payment is processed, orders cannot be changed, edited, or canceled.
Order Change Courtesy Clause
While Dreamless Hair does not guarantee order changes or cancellations, we may, at our sole discretion, assist with minor corrections if the request is received immediately after purchase and before processing has begun.
This may include:
Address corrections
Shipping method updates
Minor order detail adjustments
Once an order enters processing or fulfillment, no changes can be made.
Any order changes provided are considered a courtesy, not an entitlement.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details — including contact information, shipping address, and item selections — before completing checkout.
Dreamless Hair is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
