ORDER FAQs

PLEASE READ: If we experience any delays outside of our processing and shipping timeframes, we will be sure to do our best to contact you in a timely manner.

Processing Orders for Domestic Orders: Standard orders are processed within 3-5 business days once payment has been received.  Express orders are processed within 1-3 business days once payment has been received. Please note processing of orders DO NOT include the weekends or holidays. Processing times are to ensure we are thoroughly pre-checking orders to make sure they are correct and up to OUR standard. *Please note during sales we experience a high volume of orders, processing of orders may be prolonged an additional 2-5 business days during this time. 

Processing Orders for International Orders: All orders are processed within 5-10 business days once payment has been received. Please note: Processing of orders DO NOT include the weekends or holidays. Processing times are to ensure we are thoroughly pre-checking orders to make sure they are correct and up to OUR standard. *Please note: During holidays, tax season, and sales we experience a high volume of orders, processing of orders may be prolonged an additional 2-5 business days during this time. 

How long does it take to process my order once payment has been received?

Domestic Orders: If you select standard as your shipping option, it will take 3-7 business days for your order to be processed once payment has been received. If you select express as your shipping option, it will take 1-3 business days for your order to be processed once payment has been received. If we experience any delays with your order you will be notified via email ASAP. Please be sure to send us an email before placing an order for express shipping, hair MUST be currently in stock if you choose the express shipping option.

International Orders: It will take 5-10 business days for your to be processed once payment has been received.  If we experience any delays with your order you will be notified via email ASAP.

Once my order has been processed how long will it take for me to receive my tracking information?

Domestic Orders: For standard shipping you will receive your tracking information within 1-3 business days once your order has been processed. For express shipping, you will receive your tracking information within 24-72 hours once your order has been processed. Please be sure to send us an email before placing an order for express shipping, hair MUST be currently in stock if you choose the express shipping option.

International Orders: Customers can track their international orders using the tracking information provided in the shipping notification email. However, please note that tracking information may not be updated once the package reaches the destination country. ⠀

How secure is my personal/payment information once order has been placed?

All orders are secured and protected by Shopify, Sezzle, Zip, Afterpay, and PayPal.  Shopify is one of the top safest and securest E-Commerce website hosts. PayPal is one of the safest and securest options to make online purchases.  We DO NOT receive ANY of your actual card information. We only have access to your name, address, and order descriptions when you place an order with us.
