1. When does the sale start and end?- Sale will start Friday, 1/29/24 at 12am EST and end Monday, 12/2/24 at 11:59pm EST
2. Will there be early access to VIPs?- Yes, only our VIP members will get early access. Join our VIP list to get access to early access by clicking here or Text BFCM24 to 833-681-1468
3. Can I combine discounts?- Unfortunately, no since products have been marked done. Discounts during our Black Friday and Cyber Monday sale cannot be combined with other offers, promo codes, or coupons.
4. What are the processing and shipping options during the BFCM sale?- We’ll be working hard to ship your orders as quickly as possible! Standard and express shipping options will be available. Keep in mind that due to high order volumes, processing times and shipping times may be slightly longer than usual.
5. Can I return or exchange sale items?- All Black Friday and Cyber Monday purchases are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges. Please double-check your order before completing your purchase. 
6. What payment methods are accepted during the sale?- We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other standard payment methods. Flexible payment options like Afterpay, Sezzle, or Shop Pay will also be available at checkout!
