Do I need to have a hair brand before applying?

Not at all! Whether you’re still in the planning phase or already selling products, there’s a Lab designed to meet you where you are. Your application helps me determine which mentorship experience will best support your goals.

My hair brand is already launched, but I’m not getting the results I want. Can this mentorship help?

Absolutely. Many entrepreneurs don’t need to start over—they need strategy, structure, and direction. If you’re feeling stuck, struggling with sales, or unsure of your next move, we’ll focus on strengthening the areas of your business that need the most attention.

How do I know which Lab is right for me?

You don’t have to figure that out on your own. Every entrepreneur begins by completing a mentorship application. Once I review your business, goals, and current stage, I’ll recommend the Lab that’s the best fit for where you are today.

Will there be homework between sessions?

Yes! This mentorship is built for implementation—not information overload. Between sessions, you’ll receive personalized action steps and homework designed to help you apply what we’ve discussed, make progress, and stay accountable throughout your mentorship journey.

Will you help me find a hair vendor?

Vendor guidance is included when it’s relevant to your business goals, but She Builds Hair Brands is about much more than finding a supplier. Together, we’ll focus on building a strong brand through strategy, positioning, pricing, marketing, systems, and creating a business that can grow for the long term.

Why do I have to complete an application before enrolling?

Because I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all mentorship. The application helps me understand your business, identify your goals, and recommend the mentorship experience that will provide the greatest value. My goal is to ensure you’re investing in the Lab that’s right for you—not simply selling you a program.

What happens after I submit my application?

Once your application has been reviewed, I’ll personally reach out via email with your next steps. If we’re a great fit, you’ll receive your Lab recommendation, enrollment details, and everything you need to officially secure your spot.

What if I’m not sure I’m ready for mentorship yet?

That’s okay. If you’re serious about building your hair brand but you’re unsure whether now is the right time, I still encourage you to complete the application. It gives us a chance to learn more about your goals and determine whether the mentorship is the right fit for you now or in the future.
